What we are doing?

Location

We have narrowed it down to 2 locations:

Lost Pines Hyatt Resort - Bastrop

Hyatt - Dallas

Lost Pines has our current interest due to all the things you can do at the resort.

*weather permitting due to when we actually set the conference dates

Dates

Either January for the kick off of 2023 or Mid summer.

January we could set it at either location, due to the Lost Pines is favored due to the activities but you would certainly would want the weather to be nice. ie : To float the lazy river..

VEndors

We are going to have vendors as well. However, we don't know how many just yet.

What I do know!! The type of vendors will be hand picked and approved, due to we don't want certain items to be ran over and one booth not get the amount of sales as another.

Additional Ideas we are working on- But we what yall to be a part of it.

• Friday we are thinking about having just simple gather time, with some Karaoke.

• We are certainly going to have a Band for Saturday night. Primarily Country with a

DJ option so those that want to Get Low and/or wobble with it, you can.

• Having a small service on Sunday morning for those that would like to attend.

This is just the beginning, LET'S ROCK THIS CONFERENCE OFF THE CHARTS.
